I prodotti sono ok, alcuni scadenti altri meno. I prezzi sono a volte migliori che in altri posti, ma non sempre. Voto basso perché il sito é terribile, fare ordini online é davvero un macello: i prodotti sono indicizzati malissimo e non escono nelle ricerche, non c'è alcuna descrizione del prodotto e spesso nemmeno una foto, quindi devi letteralmente indovinare che F. GRAT. PARM. é il termine con cui cercare il parmigiano grattugiato (per dire). A rendere ancora peggiore la situazione, i prodotti non sono mai aggiornati e spesso quello che ordini non é ciò che ricevi. Uso il loro sito da quasi un anno e non un singolo ordine ricevuto é stato del tutto corretto, c'é sempre qualcosa che manca o che é sbagliato o di cui hanno sbagliato le quantità. Sempre.
Ingrosso prodotti alimentari, igene e vari. Prezzi in funzione della scelta del prodotto alcune volte non proprio economici data la tipologia di esercizio. Personale cortese e disponibile.

The service I have received in the Ragusa branch, is disappointing, to say the least. The same woman who serves when I pay, at the cash desk, manages to ignore my greetings of good day and thank you, without a smile or a response, albeit I am the paying customer. The fish man asked me if I wanted the fish cleaned which I said yes to. However, when I returned home, I discovered that the scales were still on the fish and some of the internal organs. There was a nice member of staff who asked me if i needed help to lift a large object, which I thanked him for. However, I have had mainly extremely poor service with staff throwing and even dropping my shopping when they are scanning it on the open trolley. I find the majority of staff, to be hostile, rude and overall unhelpful and unfriendly. However I must commend and thank the two kind members of staff who have done their job and treated me as a human being, instead of treating me with contempt. I enjoy taking my friend's into Altasfera to witness the appalling behaviour of the staff. Especially the miserable, rude, ignorant woman on the cassa. How dare you treat me like this. However I appreciate that your poor customer service isn't personal because I have witnessed other customers being treated with the same contempt that you show to me. You have one more chance - on my next visit I will take my complaint further if I receive the same treatment.
