These people will not help you if you are foreigner and did not buy car from them. Last year during my holiday I did stop with technical issue on my car still under the warranty. Head of service asked ME ??? to arrange spare part claiming it would take him 10 days. I lost week communicating to customer service, who said it is workshop who should arrange it and it is uncommon it takes 10 days. Normally 1-2 days. Problem was not solved. This year being on holiday in the same location, I have two issues with car and thaught to give them second chance. Sent them emails explaining the issues and asked for a date for repair. Emails sent 1 month, 2 weeks and 3 days before my visit. No reply. When visiting them, they were aware of emails, but had "We cannot help you approach" from the beginning. And said, they will do first investigation (means no repair yet) in 15 days. Great, this means first investigation 7 weeks from the first anouncement. When complaining to owner, he told me he is not interested in these kind of repairs as he gets no money from it. So are you paying premium to FIAT and Adria for car in warranty? Useless, as at least here they will ignore you. I left with unrepaired car

Jeg kjøpte en VW California hos dem. Jeg er interessert i biler litt over gjennomsnittet og har hatt over 20 biler siden 90-tallet, og kan si med hånd på hjertet at jeg aldri har vært så fornøyd med en selger og hans oppfølging som nå hos dem. I tillegg til de tingene som vi ble enige om at de skulle ta på bilen, tok de også flere andre ting som jeg ikke ba om. Tusen takk til Knut Emil, en selger man føler seg trygg å fornøyd med !
Forferdelig dårlig service. Ikke kundevennlige i det hele tatt. Måtte ordne alt selv fra en annen leverandør. Ble sendt med ilpost, men de kunne ikke hente det ut på posten. En ekstra overnatting i Alta. Totalt ventet vi i 14 dager på at ting skulle bli ordnet. Helt utrulig at denne bedriften overlever. De er flinke til å prioritere kaffepauser ute mens kundene venter. Håper at vi aldri trenger å ha noe med denne bedriften å gjøre igjen!!!!!!
