We went August 1st after a kayaking tour and there were 6 of us. We were a little hesitant at 1st because it was almost empty but felt welcomed so we stayed. So glad we did! Chicken dumpling soup was flavorful and the cheeseburgers delicious! Fresh and enjoyed the hand cut fries. My nephew had the catfish dinner that was also flavorful and filling. I hate fried catfish that is mostly bread and no fish but at Al's it was done right. So glad my nephew shared a little with me. Definitely will come back again!

Poor service Food that made me wanna puke Looked like Taco Shredder Cheese on my baked pasta. Waitress couldn’t wait on us because she was baby sitting a baby. I had to ask twice for my soup, she never refilled our drinks. Won’t be back.
We love this diner. It is always very clean and the food is \comfort food\. Can't go wrong eating here.
Good food and friendly service at a great price.
