We had the most wonderful wedding in September and our day was handled perfectly and safely under Covid rules. To say Nic & Carol went the extra mile is an understatement. The grounds are beautiful, the venue stunning and the relaxed atmosphere worked perfectly for us. If you’re looking for a unique wedding, full of personal touches and a lot of fun this is the venue for you. We could not recommend it highly enough!

I got to photograph a wedding at Alpheton Hall Barns this summer. A really lovely venue with a great fun/relaxed vibe and an awesome friendly team running it. Also nice having everything you need for your wedding in one location so you don't loose any of the day traveling. Can highly recommend!
I approve of this wedding venue, which allows whoever’s wedding it is to provide their own booze supply for guests. This ensures booze flows enthusiastically and everyone has a good time.
I was a guest at wedding at Alpheton Hall Barns last weekend. I was so impressed that I wanted to take a little bit of time to write a detailed review for anyone considering this as an event venue. I have no personal connection to the Barns, the below is purely subjective. 1) The event was very slick. The staff had clearly done this many times before and everything just worked very smoothly, from a guest's point of view. It's very hard to make large events seem very seamless, and the staff at Alpheton achieved this. 2) Our glasses were never empty. Even when a few friends and I were standing a little way away from the entrance one of the staff came out to find us several times to top us up. It's a little thing but made a big difference. 3) The venue itself is stunning in all weathers. Even when it rained a bit during the ceremony it made no difference to the enjoyment of the guests. If you want a venue where you don't have to worry about the weather, you should consider Alpheton. The sun came out later, which was great and made the next door church look beautiful, but even in a thunderstorm I think weddings / events here would be great. 4) The owner of the place is a real character and was absolutely fantastic to chat with. I forget his name (sorry, I did say glasses were never empty!) but I had a chat to him a few times and he just seemed so happy everyone was having fun. 5) It's a small point but it's nice that the cars are parked behind a big hedge. You can't really see them from the venue. 6) I don't know if the DJ was provided by the venue, but the PA system was great and kept us dancing all night. Overall, a wonderful venue. As a UK wedding band, we have played the length and breadth of the UK and we can honestly say that in the past 11 years, we can count on one hand the number of hosts who go so incredibly above and beyond. Nic and his lovely wife are amongst this rare find and they really blew us away with the TLC they showered our couple with. They made us feel very welcome too and very much in safe hands as suppliers. They made our service feel valued and understood the importance of teamwork and together we proudly made the magic happen for our couple and it was a pleasure to be part of the super professional team at Alpheton Hall Barns. We will always recommend you as the most incredibly caring venue, brilliant for live music and dancing, and superb for creating the desired party atmosphere every couple wishes for.
