DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, DECEIVING WEBSITE I booked Dubai hotel recently where website said free cancellations until October 2021, looking at current pandemic situation we cancelled right away by calling customer service but there systems were down, after couple of days called but same response. Eventually sent an email to customer service and received response saying they won’t offer refund instead I can use voucher for a year. Absolutely deceiving AVOID AT ANY COST

Absolutely shocking experience with alpharooms,never been treated so badly with a company like this..we had a holiday booked for last June(2020)..like so many others our holiday got cancelled because of covid,we were told we have were getting a voucher refund for our accommodation,which could be cashed in after 12 months for a cash refund(a joke in itself),worse is to come,our flights were booked with Aer Lingus,so after some back and forth and Aer Lingus telling me I was refunded for our flights(which I wasn’t)..it has come out that alpharooms were refunded to their credit card for our flights because there card was used to make a deposit booking originally,so basically alpharooms got my money back for flights around September and I’m still waiting,I am currently seeking legal advice on this and will NEVER use this company again because of this horrible experience Patrick Moore
DO NOT BOOK YOUR HOLIDAYS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will not give me my money back for a holiday cancelled last March 2020 which was booked & paid in full January 2020 well before the COVID. Aer Lingus confirmed they refunded Alpharooms back in July 2020 plus 10% extra for my flights. The hotel was never booked so Alpha rooms was never out of pocket here but they're still refusing to give me a refund. They offered a credit note which was never received. They said they're give me a cash refund March this year and have now said i'll need to wait until May 2021. It's all lies & delaying tactics. Very disappointed with their heartless, unprofessional customer services

Do not use this company. Hotel was cancelled night before we went. Gave us an alternative which when we arrived was sub standard. Asked to move said they couldn’t do it. We checked out of hotel and booked our own accommodation with our own money.Still waiting for our money back which was promised within 4 days. Been 4 weeks. Customer service is a joke. Promise to phone you back/money will be in account in 4 days. Never happens. Plenty of reliable companies out there. DON’T USE THEM
