I was employed at Therapyland for a little over a year and I must say that the supervision and knowledgeable therapists there are top of the line. In addition to being a therapist I'm also a mother to a child with an Autism diagnosis and this is the one place I would 100% be comfortable sending my child to. I can't say enough great things about Sandi, the director who always puts the best interest of the children first. If you're looking for a place for services, this is the place.

I have a son who was diagnosed with ASD last year. He is our first child and we were very overwhelmed. We were referred to Therapyland from our doctor and the entire team helped walk my husband and I through the entire process. The young lady at the front desk to the billing department to the CEO took their time in explaining everything that Therapyland does, what my cost would be, what the day for our son would look like. I met with the ABA director and she was so nice and caring and she felt Therapyland could help our son. He started the program 9 months ago and it has been wonderful. I have started to see a difference in my son’s behaviors, and he is starting to say a few words. My mom who has not seen our son in 5 months noticed it right away. We are very Thankful to Therapyland and are looking for so many more good things.

I went to this facility because of the great reviews and due to being recommended by my pediatrician. I am now leaving this place due to the lack of communication and rudeness when you ask questions. The only way they seemed concerned is when the child is completely non-functional. As a parent of a high-functioning child, who still needs help from professionals to help him achieve his full life potential and help him in way that I cannot it is disheartening as a parent and as someone who works in the healthcare field to see how dismissive they are. After weeks of continuous calls and email I receive a final email that due to his needs being less than others they could not give me an estimate of when they would be able to schedule him. After a month of asking, this could have been said a month ago and I would have been able to get him to a different provider. Instead I am left in limbo for this time period while my son is the one who suffers. This is not the facility I would want my child to attend after having to wait so long.

My granddaughter attends Therapyland and she has for a couple of years. I never understood what it takes to have a child let a lone a grand child with special needs. I have learned a lot about all of the different kinds of therapy. We come for ABA, occupational and speech therapy. We use to come for Physical and graduated out. The entire staff of therapist, managers and the billing department are all wonderful and are always here to help. We have see a lot of really nice improvements with our granddaughter. T. Coller
