Was received with cold customer service by a guy who said he was the general manager. He was extremely rude, he didn't even ask to help or try ..point blank said he didn't care to help me nor did he need to. Also this location is always low in a lot in the products they once supplied ample amounts. They have gone through 5 Managers in the last 4years. Let's not stop there, the groomer is not to polite, shaved my dog and didn't apologize for not doing as I had asked her to do( this was an older women, she is always sitting) and I always get the same cut, she ruined my dog's well maintained coat. And that area always smells and it extremely dirty in the grooming area..looks like a butcher shop smells, horrible smell.

Nice staff. Clean store. Easily find what you want. I live in the city but drove out here for a Vetco appointment. All booked up in the city. They took care of my dog and I was able to pick up food while getting shots and flea/tick medications. We have been using this service for the last five years.

The groomers are really friendly and great with your dog. They didn't need to fully clip my dogs nails even though that's what I thought, and they made sure to charge me less for a buffing instead which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back!
The store carries the products I need and the staff is extremely friendly.
