Pros There are some genuinely nice people in the Alpharetta office. The company is well funded after being acquired and they are always looking for companies to buy. Cons I hesitated accepting the job offer because I didn't have a lot of experience in the vertical. I accepted it, committed to it and was excited to get started. Not long after starting my manager insisted on training me through role playing scenarios. I asked several times to walk through the processes and discuss what could go wrong. He insisted each time on role playing. Only 7 weeks after my start date he eliminated my position for two reasons: 1. I didn't show a sense of urgency during the role playing scenarios and 2. He just didn't think I'd like working in agriculture. It was a strange experience that left me in a bad financial situation.
