Back to Balance Wellness Center of Alpharetta

Dr. Levinson is an absolute wizard when it comes to chiropractic care. You will be hard-pressed to find a better chiropractor. I treated here for a car accident back in 2015. After he got me pain-free, I started seeing him on a monthly basis... and I’ve never felt better! I highly recommend

Been going to see the docs here for about a month. They take the time to listen to my issues and find solutions that are best for me. They helped get my back into shape in just a couple of weeks, now they are treating a knee issue that’s popped up. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Back to Balance Alpharetta for 2 months now. From the first day of introduction and tour with Dr. Jill the team has been very friendly and informative about their process. Dr. Chase & Dr. Andrew as well as Dr. Dave have assisted with my lower back pain. They provide you with specific details and game plan regarding your body and what would be best on the road to recovery. I highly recommend this office for any injury you may be recovering from. Thank you back to balance team!

Back to Balance is a place to enhance your health and well being from exceptional, practical and genuinely caring chiropractors and be surrounded by staff members who serve with a purpose. I have known and been a patient of Dr. David Levinson for over 30 years. During that time, Dr. Dave has treated me for both acute conditions and for general everyday good spinal health. Without reservation, he is the most thorough and caring health care provider I've encountered. I count on him to have the ability to live life fully no matter my age or situation.
