Never again!!! I will not ask for your services again. I requested the PCR test to travel. I got the results 4 days after flying. They can not have the excuse that it is not the responsability of the laboratory if it is late. On this web you can read the excuses about their delay in results But what they do not have is the shame of charging more than 169 pounds for something that is useless because it does not arrive on time. Directly, they should not and should not offer it on their website as a test to travel, as advertised. Since they cant have it on time. They dont know what a big and brutal problem it can be not to have the result. You have to do another test, another plane ticket, and rent another place to live in my case that I am not from the area. And all that considering the amount of time waiting for an appointment. And in the end, not at all, because you have to do the test yourself! Without making it a professional an very expensive!!! As if that were not enough they are wrong at the time of the test! No less than 12 hours before!!! That if the result had arrived on time, it would not have worked either. Big mistake!!! Never again!!! Let no one get tested there, pure disappointment!!! They are reported!!! I have the proof of the time and what of the time and what they have put me in the results. They only want to charge!!!
