Some staff were not friendly. Hope management can fix this. Buy product yesterday, only one sales-girl really greet welcoming and friendly. Come again today , no one come and entertain to choose product.

Not very helpful.
Very bad experience. Came to buy a new phone. But no one serve us as we arrived. While inside the store only have 2 customers. Got 5 staffs. But no one said to wait for a while or anything. Just leave us outside the store. Waiting for 15K-20 mins. And fade up. Heading ti alor star mall now.
Bad experience shopping there, giving unprofessional advice for the products. But the worse is always giving plenty excuses for customer to leave, and never feel willing to solve customer’s problem. I believe this is the reason why you having lots bad reviews.

If i can hello to the boss, my 1st word maybe look, you need to teach your staff how to handle situation and be professional with customer, dont bring attitude as jaguh kampung and be rude with customer, all of us understand theres SOP to be followed but 1st thg is learn how to handle this, your staff more then 10 people just sitting inside shop, then asking customer to get out of shop, hey dude people went to buy with their money ok, not borrowing any from ur staff, so pls dont be dumb
