I would give them no stars if I could. I went in on April 28th because a package that should have been delivered earlier had not arrived. I was asked to leave my phone number and they would call me on the Friday in the afternoon. I never received a phone call. I went in today and a worker finally found where my package was. The driver had put it in the wrong mail box so they had to send it back to sender. They are completely inept and their jobs. Canada post as a whole was very unhelpful throughout this process expect for one person. They need to stop costing the Canadian tax payers millions and shut down. I would never send anything through them because its going to cost way to much and get lost or returned because they do not know what they are doing. Just shut down.

Having a local post office right in my neighbourhood was one of the reasons I was excited to move here. When it comes to small-town services, it's hard to know what to expect, but this place has NEVER disappointed me. I visit this post office almost every day to check my PO Box, pickup a parcel, or mail a return. I've met many staff members and they're always friendly and direct - that's exactly what you want in a small town service. I've never needed to park in the lot, but I've seen it busy as all out. I bet that can be a nightmare. But I just don't understand these other 1 star reviews. I expect there are many people like me out there who would give this Post Office 5 stars any day of the week.
