The initial contact was great, we got nice help choosing furniture for our house. The delivery was a bit late, we got our furniture after 13.5 weeks wait. I suspect it's due to corona related delays. Unfortunately while assembling the furniture we noticed that we were missing handles and screws. After contacting support, we now have to wait another 4-8 weeks to get them, so quite a long journey for us. We are happy with a furniture so far, at least with what we were able to assemble. It looks really nice and stylish. Assembly was a bit difficult, but we thought it was worth it. 4 stars because of the missing parts, otherwise happy we found Woonsquare. Customer service was great, just long wait.

They make everything to sell. They lie to you to sell something. They said that our couch would take between 8 to 12 weeks to arrive, but after we signed they put it between 12 to 16 weeks. We are waiting for almost 16 weeks and nothing. Besides they never informed us you have to pay extra for delivery. They are not honest.

We moved to our new house last year and managed so far with an old sofa. So from quite some time, we have been looking for a good sofa that we can buy at a affordable and reasonable price, without compromising on the quality and design. After looking at a lot of options in stores and online, we finally came across woon-square online portal. We saw on their portal that there were tons of designer options available at a very reasonable price and heavy discounts at the time we bought (oct 2020). We decided to visit their store next day on a Monday evening and were very happy with the amount of options that were available there. We could finally find a sofa that matched our taste and our pocket and ordered one right away :). We are now eagerly waiting for ours to arrive in a few weeks time :)! The staff was very helpful at the Almere branch and we highly recommend this store to people who are looking for a great sofa at affordable price. Hope you like their products as much as we did! It was a Great experience at Woonsquare Almere, There was a great variety to choose from with all possible combination for the couch we wanted. It was like someone was designing our dream furniture just for us. Special mention to the young Boy who attended us explaining us thoroughly and helping us get the right furniture , he was the best you can ever get.
