Worst company ever !!! Stay away from this comapny. Our company is open 6 days per week, but their system says that we are closed so it means they do not have to delivery our pallets. They do not think, system thinks for them. How is it possible that such company still exists? - Karol

Useless rude and not friendly The driver Mark refused to bring my packages upstairs even though I'm on crutches... he told me clearly to piss off and he has back problems... I phoned customer care and they told me it's not there problem either that I can't walk and told me to get off and hung the phone up great customer care transmission....when they last did a drop at my house a Polish driver brought all my parcels inside.... shows this company is useless

They've changed the status of the shipment to finished, but didn't deliver anything. Tried to phone call them and stood inline for more than 15 minutes, no one picks-up the phone. Terrible service

Ondanks duidelijke afspraken, was mijn loopband niet opgehaald. En liegen dat hij voor mijn deur stond. Mijn gegevens zonder mijn toestemming in de afhaal aanvragen invullen vind ik ook niet kunnen. Eindresultaat: ik moest de webwinkel bellen om dit probleem op te lossen. Ze hebben 1 chauffeur die alles in zijn eentje moet doen. Belachelijk.

Nadat TransMission bij een eerdere levering de bestelling had beschadigd, 10 verfblikken volledig in de kreukels en ingedeukt. Krijg ik vandaag voor een nieuwe levering doodleuk het bericht van TransMission dat er niemand thuis zou zijn. Terwijl ik hiervoor juist vandaag vanuit huis werk. Geen bestelbus gezien en geen deurbel gehoord. Als leverancier zou ik maar snel voor een ander transportbedrijf kiezen.

Vrijdag werd zomaar verplaatst naar maandag. Vandaag is het maandag en nog steeds houden ze zich niet aan de afgesproken tijd. Ik ben nog steeds aan het WACHTEN!!!!!!
