Before coming to the Almere store, I checked online toys' availability. Some of the toys I couldn't order online, so I decided to come from Amsterdam to Almere for shopping. I asked the seller about the specific toy which was listed on the website as available, but she replied that it's out of stock. The seller spoke very poor English and was unpolite. She advised me to complain to the Customer Service. My attention was to buy toys and not complain to anyone. Even though it was Christmas time, the store was nothing like that. It was actually really messy there and I had no clue where the specific toy is. The prices were higher than the average, please check online yourself. I wouldn't shop here again.

Store was OK, nothing spectacular. Some of the packaging of the toys I was considering buying were either broken or appeared used. The staff was helpful but not forthcoming in compensating for the broken package of the (last) items I had chosen to buy. Guess that is just Dutch customer service.
