I have been a T-Mobile customer for about a decade, and have seen a lot of change in this store. Lately however, the quality of the personnel seems to have taken a steep nosedive. I have been met with a snooty, uninterested sales person several times, had them provide me with misinformation and false facts, and on one occasion they 'forgot' to give me one of the products I had bought.
