Showroom was clean and the cars are great. The personal here is a disgrace for the Mercedes name. Everything where the brand stands for in high quality is far from how the hospitality of the people in this facility act. Hello sir is something they are not capable off saying since it's not their job. The guy from sales is in the phone. I'm from the workshop is the excuse for not acknowledging any existence of potential buyers.

Na een lange zoektocht een geschikte A180 AMG gevonden in Duitsland dit omdat de juiste kleur en uitvoering nergens in Nederland te vinden was zelfs niet bij Stern.Na een storing in de radio de auto naar Stern Almere gebracht omdat dit immers onder garantie viel.
