I wish I had read their comments and criticisms before registering. Guess what? Today, I received a letter from this club for the first time with the subject: You had to pay us 5 Euros, but now you have to pay 45 Euros. Why? That's a good question, but no one knows the answer. 5 months ago, I canceled the contract with a lot of effort and made sure that I did not have any debts. It is not recommended to join this club at all, because you will have to pursue finances for many years. Giving a star was the only option #sportenfitnesscenter

Trying to get my contract terminated! When calling (out of date Voicemail) stating that they are closed until the 27th of April what a joke. I have sent out 4 emails none get replied..... I travel loads for work and I'm kinda stuck outside the Netherlands (due to epidemic).
Nice equipment with absolutely horrendous staff. When I looked disinterested when a guy came up to me to explain me something he got really agressive, called me names and even grabbed my arm to stop me from working out. Turned out to be the manager. What a waste of a gym that had potential.
Well the experience is not good... it is the kind of business, when instead of trying to solve privately expressed complains, cancelling your contract in an early stage. I have a business, and I do not kick out my client when they complain, I just try to understand their complains and explain my point of view (with FACTS!) and trying to calm them down... instead of that... the Owner decided to cancel my contract earlier than it's expiration, without any prior notification... because I complained by mail to them. Thank you.
