Living on a houseboat my dream of installing sun panels was proving to be complicated. All the companies I contacted ended up either telling me that what I wanted wasn't possible or that I first needed to get a construction calculation for my roof, which was also proving to be annoyingly complicated. I had pretty much given up on sun panels when Kai from BestBuySolar contacted me. He had heard from a roofer that I was having problems and offered to help me figure out once and for all if sun panels were a possibility or not. The BestBuySolar team went above and beyond. They discussed every step and option with me, gave clear explanations about pros and cons, were patient in re-explaining, did their own calculations and discussed them with a construction company and never put me under any pressure to decide one way or another. They were incredibly supportive, friendly and patient. Unlike other companies they don't work with standardised options and are willing and able to think out of the box and look for solutions when standard options don't work. The installation day even came earlier than planned! It all went very smoothly, the installing team was friendly and tidy. I could not be happier with the results or with the process!

Oh boy, they're good. From start to finish. Clear offer, clear steps to get through the process, good planning, pro-active. They are quick to pick up the phone, to email, everything. They were quick, precise, and did what it says on the thin. They offer — included in the price no less — a service to get the VAT back from the government, so you save 21% on taxes (I still have to get the money back, but I just got the stuff installed today). They really are the best buy when it comes to solar. Highly recommended.

Na verschillende aanbieders gesproken te hebben zijn we in contact gekomen met Best-Buy-Solar. Hier geen seconde spijt van gehad. Ons contact met Sohail Ahmed was zeer goed. Alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd en geen verrassingen achteraf. Prijs van de zonnepanelen waren in vergelijking met andere de goedkoopste en naar onze mening ook de beste keuze. Plaatsing was super snel. Kon al binnen 1 week, omdat er een afspraak uitgevallen was. De monteurs werkten netjes en heel belangrijk ook veilig. Ze hebben zelfs de dakgoot schoon gemaakt. Ik zou zeker aanraden om zonnepanelen door Best-Buy-Solar te laten plaatsen.

Zowel de contacten vooraf met Kaj als de montage waren uitstekend. Kaj reageerde snel en gaf uitgebreid advies over de mogelijkheden. De installateurs hebben de panelen en omvormer zeer netjes gemonteerd gelukkig zonder een stroomkabel vanaf het dak langs de gevel naar de meterkast te monteren! In vergelijking met andere aanbieders ook een zeer snelle levering door BestBuySolar!
