Very poor service with counter staff sending you to tables and table service staff telling you to go to the counter. Crepe was bland, dry and didn't appear to be freshly made.

We ordered a Crêpe with Nutella and got a cold Crêpe with chocolate Creme and NOT Nutella. Before we ordered we asked if they have Nutella and they said yes, they also offer Nutella in their menu. It was really really bad and they are unfriendly too!

Ordered a cappuccino and two cookies; the coffee was 3euro for essentially a small cup (half a take-away cup); it was as hot as lava and tasted exactly like cheap corner-store coffee. The cookies were flat, dry, crumbly and tasted of virtually nothing - like a shortbread with slightly less butter. I essentially paid 3euro for 2 chocolate beer mats and had awful heartburn after eating them. The staff were pleasant enough but this place is way overpriced and not good quality. Also, the place is badly laid out. We tried to walk into the main cafe area only to be cheekily asked if we were looking to work there as only staff were allowed inside. Really stupid system. You'd also nearly require a masters degree in engineering to figure out the menu, it looked like a calligrapher took a load of MDMA and went crazy on a chalkboard.
Unfortunately the design of the place is very confusing for people to know were to order or find help and they have one member of staff that will let you know that you are not allowed in the place in a very abrupt and unwelcoming way even though there's no sign to warn you that what looks like the area to order is actually the kitchen. The atmosphere is nice but this one member of staff unfortunately ruined the experience for me hence the bad score.
