Nice place to shop. Lots of choice and helpful staff. One item has been out of stock for 6 weeks now in this store though. However the sofas we purchased, are to be delivered next day. Very very long checkout queues, not enough tills open.
They promise to call you back on their phone and never do it. It s typically portugues but i wonder why ikea allows it. Bad for their name anyway
An IKEA store like any other, consistency rulez. This one in Algarve I would say is probably understaffed during summer time, but nevertheless they deliver a pretty good service and customer care. Good and easy to follow Covid-19 safety measures in place at the store.
Great store, but impossible to contact them by phone or email!! I'm ordering a kitchen set and need to ask a couple of simple questions but been handing on the phone for 45 min, and no reply to emails. Terrible customer service!
New, Lots of major retailers. Easy parking and access. Many restaurants and eateries.

It's an IKEA, they're all the same ! The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
