Great food!! Cosy, very small restaurant. Great Staff. The Leber and the Cook speak english, french and a little bit german try choco frito, a local dish with fried cuttlefish. I loved the blood sausage with pineapple as a starter!! Local beer and wine is available and very good. I will visit the restaurant again as soon as possible!!!

Really one of the nicest experiences in Portugal. The host is great and lives for his creations. The flavours of the beautifull tapas are superb. A must go to.

The food is delicious! We had several different small plates and everything was outstanding! I definitely recommend eating pica-pau here! Can't wait to come back :)
We found his place looking for out of town restaurant for lunch, trying to get away from tourist attractions. We were delighted by owner's hospitality and care. Menus were in Portugese, but the owner/chef suggested his own menu, some were not even on the menu. There were no tourists which gave all the charm to the place. 4 of us had 5 courses including 2 bottles of house wine and 4 coffee and it was well under 60 euros. We so loved this place that we will come back in a few days. Good luck John, believe in what you do!
