Adopted my beautiful Lola. Rspca kitten. The whole process was great and very informative, professional. Unfortunately one if the feels brought in a virus so cats had been in quarantine a while but I didn't mind waiting and my beautiful Lola is settling in so well.
Very covid safe which totally understandable , Took there time ,and did through check up , with my dog who being poorly , They were pleasant ,kind ,understanding , even though I had to wait outside due to covid restrictions , they kept coming out to update me on my dog . Each member of staff I met, from checking in , to the vet , to the payment lady , where all pleasant and kind , left me feeling ,confident and reassured to the treatment ,they had given my dog . So be prepared , y need a mask , the animal goes in with member of staff ,you need to wait outside, have little patience as you might have to wait little while . If this means they are giving there best to each animal , well that's all we can ask for , stay safe
Used to love this vet but management has changed and sadly the whole experience has changed in terms of customer service. Really sad as Karen, Bea and Rosie are fantastic! We will definitely miss them and wish them all well!
