I have recently moved into the area and am very impressed so far. Once registered, l completed an e-consult and was contacted that afternoon. I was given a face to face appt the following day and fast tracked. The receptionist was courteous and both Dr McLaren and Dr Sullivan were amazing.

After going through the 8:30am ring up lottery, manager to get through to reception. I was given an appointment for 3pm. I arrive at the surgery at 2:55. with 2 other patients waiting. These were quickly seen to. and I waited and I waited and I waited,. in the meantime a nurse who had been walking up and down says \won't be a minute\ at 3:30pm. Come 4pm, I had waited enough, went back down stairs to reception and said forget it. Receptionist say we are one nurse down, I say there is nobody up there, then the nurse who had been walking up and down pipes up, I have a patient with me. I ask why she is down here then, silence. Absolutely pathetic. Looks like I am looking for a new doctor then
I think our surgery gives an excellent service and where possible depending on your need you don't had to wait long to be able to see a doctor. I have spoken to other members of my family and friends in various parts of the country and the service they receive is very poor.
After being sent here for an out of hours gp appointment, as my surgery couldn't fit me in, I was seen by Dr Owen and he was amazingly kind and understanding, can't fault this surgery during my visit today. X
Everyone at the Allport Surgery are kind and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for all the help I receive from everyone.
An excellent Dental Surgery very kind compassionate Dentists ...patient because l am anxious.....very courteous helpful Dental Assistants and First Class Reception Staff. I would highly recommend this Practice for the aforementioned reasons.
