Be aware! Dont buy anything from this company online. Me and my friends bought a pair of sleeping pads via Amazon on sale but the order was cancelled after a few weeks when we tried to track the packages... Then Amazon wanted us to place the order again but with full price.. Alloutdoor dont respond on our Emails and when i tried to call them about this, they just hanged up in the middle of the conversation. Update: Just spoke with the company and they apparently cancelled the order since they thought their prices was too low... This would never happen in Sweden since customers are protected by law. ALLOUTDOOR offered me to buy the product again but to a much higher price instead of just honor the original price... Poor behaviour by a big company and poor behavior by Amazon letting companies like this one sell via their website. Dissapointed customer

After reading some bad reviews on other review websites I must admit I was a little worried. Now all I can say is the service, price and products from this online store are outstanding. Great customer service, after I emailed them with my concerns post order (from the MD no less). I have just received the goods. Exactly what I ordered, sealed in the bag in good time. I am very happy. How they do this for the price I have no idea (considerably cheaper than the big names) but I am very happy I've found them. I will be using them a lot more in the future.
