So excited to go here today, as haven't been for a long while, use to love a trip here. Can't fault the coffee but overall really disappointed. No old friendly staff members, all new staff that don't know what they're doing. My friend ordered white chocolate and coconut sponge, if she'd thrown it at me, she would've knocked me out. Sad to say I will not be rushing back

Lovely friendly service every time. Always make a point of saying hello and goodbye to each person. Nice variety of meal and dessert options. Good quality coffee. Used to have a kids toy corner which is sadly missed but posed too much of a hazard with little toys scattered by kids. Thought was there, however.
Great place for Coffee, tea hot drinks, and tasty meals, I use other coffee places as well, but inside here is cosy, and relaxing. Staff are very helpful and hardworking, don't go in often enough, because of work. But times I've been in, I have enjoyed it.
