We are from Texas, we love our meats. That being said: Allison’s Texas BBQ was Delicious!! The brisket was juicy, fall apart tender and just delicious! The BBQ Ribs were fall off the bone good! The sausage was small but delicious! The pulled pork, potato salad and beans were good!! But the BBQ spicy and sweet sauce were a little too sweet for us. Other than that we give this place 4 stars!

Me and my wife were craving BBQ, we have a few spots we like to go to such as Joes Real BBQ in Gilbert and Rudys BBQ in Mesa. But we were in the mood to try something different, it ended up being the best gamble either of us have made. Wife had the 2 meat plate with sliced brisket and pulled pork with the corn souffle and beans. I had the Bryan sandwich with corn souffle and beans. It was absolutely the best BBQ we have had in a long time. I have always said Joes Real BBQ had the best beans out of all the different BBQ places we have tried but these are just as good. Also that corn souffle was to die for. Being it was our first time and with the current circumstance with the virus we did choose to have it delivered and it was delivered earlier than expected plus the customer service from the time of placing the order to us receiving the food was top notch. My wife when we were finished said \Well I guess we have a new BBQ place to go to\. Thanks for the awesome food and service!!
SPECTACULAR ribs. I'm not much for ribs, but I'll eat 3 or 4 racks of theirs without hesitation. Corn souffle was awesome! Super cool take on cornbread. We loved their vinegar based sauces. Will ABSOLUTELY become a regular. I am ashamed that I've lived no more than half a mile away since they opened and have never been. Truly, the only regret of my life lol.
Food is good, but not excellent. Be prepared to salt your meats. The cole slaw and potato salad are very good. The pulled pork, brisket, and ribs are all good. However, the kitchen staff does not use masks and the servers sometimes don't use masks. Not returning until the pandemic is over.
Amazing survive. Fast food survive and the food is amazing. The meet just comes apart right on your tongue. It is definitely a place to come try.
