I went to lots of dress shops (and even bought a dress from another one) but this one by far and away the best. Karen provided the most wonderful customer service, making me feel comfortable and being generally amazing with my 2 year old who was by no means easy to deal with after lots of sitting down. I cant recommend this store highly enough!
Such a pleasant experience and I didn't nt feel at all awkward whilst trying things on. Karen so very helpful and patient even when I asked to try on others after my original selection. As soon as I described what I wanted she pulled out one I had been eyeing up for ages. The attention that was paid to my mother's opinions was much appreciated also! She could see I wasn't completely sold on my \vision\ or the price, so Karen put me in my most spontaneous choice and she agreed it was the one. I didn't go for a typical wedding gown and ended up selecting my dress from the occasion wear not the bridal wear which also made the price for my dress amazing! Listened to everything I said, suggested accessories and showed me everything that I asked about. Also when asked to customise the gown slightly she got straight on the phone to get an answer for me there and then. No pushing me into buying the dress without knowing my options. Can't wait to go back. Loved the experience so much. Thanks you, Fiona
Absolutely brilliant experience in Cardiff's Allison Jayne store. Karen was fantastic as soon as my mum and I walked into the store. We felt so comfortable and under no pressure at all, I found my perfect dress and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!
Gym in the capital is a nice clean and safe place I go all the time lol.
