I’ve recently had a air con issue in my Peugeot traveller . Tried to get it repaired and Arnold Clark and they failed . Service provided by David at service desk was above and beyond. Very informative and looked after . First class . Thanks for your help . It was worth driving 70 miles to see you. David Koch

Disgraceful behaviour re service dept. Fitter put steering ball in wrong position. Called to get it rectified, to be told car was not touched by their fitter, cos it's not on system. Explained I had spoken to fitter \What's his name?\ Don't know \Can't help you\. Call terminated twice. cos \It's not on our system\ A..holes!

After an accident to the rear of my Mercedes, it was Admiral insurance who put me in touch with Allied Vehicles to which they took the car in and repaired it to a very high standard. I was kept up to date every couple of days and whilst there was a minor set back they dealt with it promptly taking the car to Mercedes to fix the specific fault whilst this was happening they kept me updated throughout. I must give special credit and thanks to Lisa who looked after me 90% of the way. Also Gemma when Lisa was off. All in all a good experience from my perspective. Thank you!

My van went in for a mot after agreeing to get a part in when it failed it’s mot they had my van for nearly 7 weeks, I was constantly on the phone to them to get it fixed ASAP. All I got from them on the phone was your van is currently getting the part fitted in as we speak this was 3 weeks in a row, I lost patience and blew my top only for someone else to phone me and say they fitted the wrong part and were waiting for the new part. Appalling service appalling company COWBOYs is the correct phrase I would use. Cost me nearly 1000 on rental vehicle and another 572 on a management light replacement and mot
