Sarchione Ford exceeded our expectations and made our entire experience exceptional. Amedeo, our sales person, arranged for us to be picked up at our hotel and chauffeured to the dealership. Our driver, Blake, was courteous and friendly. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival by the owner. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful. We can't speak highly enough of how pleasant the entire purchase experience went. We flew in from the Gulf Coast to buy our F150, since we were looking for a specific trim package. I'm pleased to say, we would happily do it all over again. Sarchione Ford is the absolute BEST in the industry! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

I've purchased three vehicles from Chris Kraft. The first two were from the Sarchione Randolph location. When I needed to purchase the 3rd I heard he was at the Alliance location so I drove down from Akron and purchased from him. The personal family like atmosphere at both locations is something you will not find anywhere else. Since my last purchase both my sister and nephew have also purchased from Chris at Sarchione Ford Lincoln of Alliance. In my eyes, Chris is the only person I will ever purchase a vehicle from. PERIOD!
