I've made three trips to MonkeySports in the last few months for hockey equipment and every time I'm so impressed with their customer service. The staff are always knowledgeable, low-pressure and patient. They showed me multiple options for the equipment I need so I can make the right buying decision. On my most recent trip, Dennis was really helpful in finding the proper-fitting hockey helmet for my son. I travel out of my way to come to MonkeySports but it's worth it. Thank you!!!
We are in town for an out of state tournament and my son took a puck to his custom skate and broke the back guard on his skate. We went in and Cameron was so helpful and got it fixed so he could continue with the tournament. Thank you!!
Bought some ice skates from their website and brought in to get baked and sharpened. Employee that helped me was incredibly friendly and informative. I hadn't played ice hockey in a long time and he helped get the skates perfect. Got some fresh soakers too.
