In stark contrast to our selling agent (outside the immediate area) Lee has been truly exceptional trying to help us with our search for a property. We reached out to every local agent and by far and away Lee was the most responsive and the most helpful, not just settling for a \subscribe to the email list\ approach taken by so many. He listened carefully to our requirements and has got us in to see several candidates and was great to have along to the viewings, being very constructive but also very honest and open. Lee and Matt had their work cut out when they sold our unusual property. However it was a quick sale but took 7 months to go through due to one thing and another. Matt and Lee's commitment and patience was above and beyond what would normally be required in a house sale. They couldn't do enough to help even during the bleak times which there were many. We got there in the end. If it wasn't for Matt and Lee we would still be selling and not in our forever home. Highly recommended
James Morten-Scott has been a hero for us. Managed to find us a great mortgage when things started to feel like they were going to be too tight.
