I am autistic & with that comes extreme anxiety. so when it came to getting a surveyor (my first time ever ) I needed reassurance, explanations as to what’s what and that I had a list of things I wanted the surveyor to check out / look for various things that I know some were not in his job description as a surveyor. My list was quite big, (about 3 sides A4 ) and the surveyor came back with his report and he’d practically covered everything on my list! His report was very detailed and covered absolutely everything. I could tell he didn’t just dash in, then dash out. There was so much detail. The lady that took my call was so nice and professional and didn’t bat an eyelid when I mentioned my long list! I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or stupid. From start to finish the whole experience was outstanding! The price was almost 100 Cheaper than others and it came up as being in the top 3 best surveyors in Nottingham. I would highly recommend this company and I thank them wholeheartedly for a great service :)

A thorough detailed professional survey was completed to an extremely high standard. A drone was used which meant aerial views of the property were considered. I would highly recommend Alcott Associates LLP services provided & support from administrive staff. The survey was also completed in a timely manner during a busy period. Many thanks & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly or to use again.
I had a full building survey done by Allcott Associates. They were professional, quick to answer any questions and the survey was very detailed and instructive. Also, they provided quality service for great value! I would highly recommend!

I am not impressed, like Christopher I would say don't use those incompetent so called surveyors who take no responsibilities for their mistakes. The guy came for 2 mins taking 3 measurements didn't bother to check whether the walls were stud walls or supporting walls. The drawing suggested that we support the beam on the stud wall! We had to tell him that he got it wrong, he didn't bother to come back to check and just sent some pathetic excuse... don't waste your money on these
