I have worked with the Allaero team for many years now under the guise of the many different companies I have worked for and have always found them to be very professional and helpful. I have dealt with this company for 25 years. Allaero exhibits some important (to me) characteristics, such as: business integrity; clarity of communication; rapidity of response and clever employment of technology. I have never before seen a warehouse with so many fully-automated storage systems. It's therefore no surprise that they can pick and ship parts so quickly. When our a/c was AOG for want of a small (but difficult-to-find) part (an u/c squat switch), Allaero was able to source one for us from the USA faster than we could obtain one from the a/c manufacturer in Europe. I think the fact that Allaero can provide such great service for such a small order, speaks very well of the company.
