Had a very frustrating issue with Microsoft office on my Mac which I couldn't rectify with my limited knowledge. Mark came down and after some troubleshooting took the PC away for further testing etc., The problem was fixed and whilst at it he put in a new super quick hard drive. I had an issue with my computer during start up, so seeing the good reviews on \all things PC\, I gave them a ring. I spoke to the boss (Mark) who was helpful and knowledgeable and I liked him straight away. Mark operates from home, which I also like, so was able to drop my computer to his front door. I received a phone call that evening to say the mother board was US, so we decided to have a replacement built. Mark gave me a great choice on parts and even used some of my old ones to keep the cost down. My new computer was built within 48hrs and Mark delivered it, set it up and didn't leave till I was happy. To say I'm pleased is an understatement, my new computer, customer service and prices are brilliant!
A1 service from start to finish, I left Mark a message and he got straight back to me, when I attempted to explain the problem with somewhat limited knowledge Mark understood what I had done wrong. He picked up my laptop and I had it delivered back fully repaired and upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. Mark even took the time to source and fit a new battery which was another job that I had intended to do! this was all done in a few days and at a very realistic price. I would not hesitate in personally recommending him and felt totally comfortable in leaving my data with him.... THANKS AGAIN MARK!!,
