Cute museum. Don't expect to spend too much time here. It is quite small. Building itself is gorgeous: fusion of old and new. 5 to visit.(is more than enough too)

Perfect place to stop for a short history of Dutch cheese. Even got a free sample and had the time to watch the video. Excellent gift shop as well. Tip: Go on Friday to see the Cheese races. We didn't know about the event and showed up on a Saturday. But there was a fantastic farmer market downtown instead.

Recommend to visit this museum since it is really enjoyable to gather information about its history, tools and to see the development. Nice to watch a short documentary there as well!
