They do not have a proper customer communication approach. It is hard to communicate with their agents. I could not see any effort to help to buy a house. He did not do anything different from what I would do with my limited market knowledge.

I used the online coach option from Makkelaarsland for the purchase of a house and can highly recommend. The team was responsive and available, in particular when reviewing an offer after working hours to meet a deadline (which was highly appreciated). The cost is a fraction of what an actual makelaar would charge you and the service is not less competent.

I was looking for a house in Eindhoven, and contracted an aankoopmakelaar at Makelaarsland on the recommendation of ING. My agent didn't respond to emails and even failed to turn up to an appointment for a house viewing with no warning or explanation, after agreeing on the phone (I also arranged the viewing myself). I have now cancelled the contract. Really unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
My house has a whole floor that is 195cm. Too low to be included in a NVM measurement. I 'lost' 28 sq m. Martijn Puhl, the independant estate agent working for Makelaarsland also put a very high price on my house. This fatal combination resulted in sq m price of 9,263 This is insanely high. I had little or no interest for my house. Martijn Puhl should have advised I get a NEN measurement. (everything abpove 150cm) I think it's an estate agents responsibility to sometimes say "Our system won't work for you, get a NEN estate agent". You would giving those few clients who fall in this category correct estate agents service. Maybe Martijn Puhl gets paid for each measurement, and Makelaarsland don't give correct guidelines. It costs me a lot of time and money.
I received a fantastic service from Makelaarsland. good value, great communication, very friendly and professional advise. Jaleeza was a great help from start to finish with the sale of our house and kept me updated throughout. The app they have to schedule viewings and see bids come in is also excellent. Highly recommended for a quick house sale at a very good price. There is no need to pay extra for a traditional makkelaar, VERKOCHT thanks!
Makelaarsland was helping me with buying and selling a house this year and they took very good care of the whole transaction from the beginning until the end. They provided full support and a very friendly service.
Very terrible service. After delivery of the house they do not even answer email. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Do not recommend.
