It took us three years to return but we did it, an amazing Dutch chocolatier workmanship, the chocolate taste is very soft and and tasty, highly recommend !!!

The best chocolate bonbons - good price / great taste / innovation. The patisserie is also very good but not a standout.
What a delight to have a pastryshop like Dobla in my hometown! Once or twice a week I come in with my father to enjoy the pastry Dobla has to offer. The 'miserable', 'praline ovale', 'tartelete chocolate' and the 'summer love' are my favorite! (But of course there are many more flavours, with a high 'yummie' level!) The personal is always very polite and friendly. In the shop they have a small area you can eat the pastry in combination with a cup of coffee. (Best coffee in Alkmaar!) The view is very nice, with a view over the Waagplein (or the cheesemarket on friday) and the Waag.
Optisch eine Delikatesse. Leider konnte ich die verlockenden Waren und Süßigkeiten nicht probieren, muss strikt auf Zucker verzichten. Es ist aber schön, sich alles anzusehen. Ein Haus der 100.000 Kalorien .
Optisch und geschmacklich ein Genuss!
Exzellente Meisterwerke, optisch und geschmacklich ein Hochgenuss! Man kann hier von der Praline bis zum Kuchen wunderbare Süßigkeiten kaufen, und auch vor Ort mit tollem Kaffee im eigenen Kaffee genießen. Eine superfreundliche Bedienung, beste Lage am zentralen Platz gelegen, in einem historischen Haus mit toller moderner Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und denken gerne daran zurück. Mit Sicherheit ein Ort, an dem wir zurückkehren werden!
Heerlijke gebakjes, geschenken en bonbons.
De taartjes zijn heerlijk. Helaas konden vrienden van ons geen koffie drinken vandaag omdat ze te weinig personeel hadden en daarom was de koffiehoek gesloten.
