This Property Manager lacks integrity, does not uphold its commitment to delivering a respectable and professional service and ought to reconsider its business practices. Admittedly, they will run head over heels in order to close a deal. However, in matters of post-deal support, where they see no benefit in making a sale or commission, you can rest assured that all correspondence will go unattended for weeks. This is to the detriment of their clientele and tenants. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I rented for 12-months through ALIVIN PLACE. On the morning of 8th June I called to report a smell of sulphur coming up through the bathroom drain (after 3 days of trying to troubleshoot myself) - I spoke with Claire @ ALIVIN place - she managed to get a plumber to sort the issue that same morning meaning I didn’t have to take an additional day off work. Unbelievable service! It was a stress free year in that respect.

Alivin Place have been managing the properties for about 5 years now and are professional and attentive to our needs. The team fully understands our best interest and manages to make them happen eg. rental trend analysis/ recommendation, transition seamlessly between old/new tenants, call to discuss. Their renter screening process is solid and they are ever ready to help ensure we get rental on time and property is maintained. They go over and above to ensure all the bases are covered and we do not have to worry about anything. Special thanks to Adrian and Claire for their patience and promptness.
