Came here last year August to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. Customer service was amazing. I met with Arslan and he made the experience very smooth. Gave me a list of options and guided me in picking the perfect ring. My fiancée loved it! Definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. 10/10!
This place is being replaced with another Jewelry business called Almaas Diamonds. The Address and everything is same but when I search for it this old place keeps showing up.
AS jewellers helped me design a diamond ring. Ehsan and Pablo were efficient and friendly and I’m really happy with ring. The communication was great and a had my ring made in 10 days. Great service
Really, really BAD.. theres a mix of reviews here listen to the bad ones! They are not jewellery professionals and have been reported to trading standards for falsely suggesting the shop belongs to a professional jewellery body, however they are NOT (says it all really.) If you are looking for a profession service GO ELSEWHERE. I have experienced Hatton garden at its best, however shop is SHOCKINGLY POOR service in every way. Do not waste your money here, there are lots of professional and talented people in Hatton Garden these people are not walk away before you lose money as I did. They took 400 deposit from me, meaningful inheritance money I used towards a bespoke ring, they did not produce what was asked and if you want an angry and aggressive response to any concerns speak to the incompetent manager who couldn't care less.
