Great stock of aids for the less able. Walking sticks to wheel chairs. It's a great shop and the attendant was so helpful and knowledgeable of her products. Also very supportive and understanding of our situation. When you buy these products for gifts, they may not always fit for the purpose. She was more than happy to suggest we could return if no use. First time customer for earwax removal after being told I'd wait several weeks to get it done at my local doctor's surgery. Easily booked over the phone, with an appointment set to suit me within days. Excellent service, both in terms of quickly removing my revolting earwax and in terms of customer care - I was both sucked and washed out on both sides, with both processes being fully explained. Zero pain and discomfort, so good it was almost pleasurable. Brilliant, crystal clear hearing now, actually better results than many years of previous visits to various doctor's practices. All done highly professionally for 40, good value for me. I feel pathetically grateful and will definitely book again when next afflicted. Highly recommended.
