After phoning various other companies looking for someone willing and able to replace a zip on a puffer coat, Alishea was more than happy to help and done an amazing job. During Covid, her instructions were clear, safe and the turnaround time was very quick! Highly recommend.

What a lovely little business this is. Took a pair of dungarees to be brought in around the waist, really great personal service with all the necessary protections in place at the moment. Quick turnaround although they were clearly busy - and no surprise as to why. They told me honestly that it would be a difficult job to do perfectly, given the design of the clothes in the first place, tempered my expectations before exceeding them completely for what I considered to be a very reasonable price. Now I want to go back for a cuppa and a natter :)
Alishea did a fabulous job stitching labels on for me and also helped me to fix some garments that were coming apart. Highly recommend :)
I'd give six or more stars if it was possible. Recommended in every way.
Fabulous job done on my new leather coat. Didnt cost the earth either. Needed the alteration done for the next day and was no problem. lovely good old fashioned service. will reccommend.
