When pizza is prepared well, like it is at Alicia’s Micro Bakehouse, it is difficult to stop the endorphins salsa dance their way around cerebrum. The dough, soft at its core is offset by its crispy, toasty exterior. The juicy tomato base is packed with flavour offsets by the peppery notes of the rocket. The goat’s cheese floats atop the base like cloud amidst the red sky at night. Alicia’s pizzas are heavenly, beautifully crafted by the masters of Italian heritage. The masters of the Renaissance period would be proud.
Absolutely loved everything down from the Olives, the bread, the Pizza, the spicy meaty was to die for!!! The waitresses and bosses are lovely! 1000% would recommend and I will be back. Thank you all!
These are the best pizzas in Birmingham hands down. These guys really know what they're doing with their dough; it has such good flavour and is light and airy but with the slight chew that I love in a pizza crust. The charred flavour from the real wood fired oven takes this pizza to the next level.
Pizza is one of the best around in Birmingham. Such a lovely well run establishment. Would highly recommend
