My wife and myself have bought from Algram before and have been very happy with the quality of product and service involved. I cannot fault the quality of goods previously supplied and at the minute we are awaiting delivery of a 2 seater sofa. Unfortunately this is the point where things have taken a turn for the worse. We realise with circumstances being as they are that things may not run as smoothly as had been prior covid. The date we were given for delivery had been pushed further back a few months as the deadline approached,, and we only discovered this when contacting the firm. Fast forward to now and again that deadline has been pushed back again. We have a disabled daughter who uses the 2 seater we currently have which is broken, but because of her autism will not sit anywhere else in the room. So the upshot is we are having to make do as there is no other option. Now this has caused an annoyance on our part because we hadn't had been kept up to date with a quick call to say things were going to take considerably longer. Another firm I had a canopy order in with were the same, and I would be a lot more receptive to a firms delay in order if I was updated prior to the actual deadline. I have been in business myself and believe me it goes a long way. My wife was annoyed obviously when discovering the further delay as we have already parted with a large sum of money upfront. The person on the other end of the phone did little to apologise and left her shaken when coming off the phone. I am NOT a serial complainer or the so-called opposition putting up a fake review. We have dealt with Algram before and have been happy, so please please from a GENUINE current customer listen to these concerns. It is a difficult time for all of us i realise, but as a couple who have supported you and other local businesses in the past, its saddened me that my wife has been left close to tears over something like this

Great buying experience, some beautiful modern European furniture, knowledgeable staff and I have no doubt our sofa will be perfect when it arrives. We will return to make further purchases.
Great range of furniture and beds. Staff are very helpful and happy to spend time discussing options - we have recently received our sofas and are so pleased with how they turned out!
Went in for a look at sofas and was asked if I needed help and we said we were just browsing to which we were told I think I'm gonna start charging for browsing, what do you think. Absolutely disgusted
Recently just had my new 'made to measure' sofa delivered and I couldn't be happier with it. Amazing product with such a range of choices in terms of colour, size and function (even heated seats!) High quality products and nice to see a local retailer doing something a little different. Quality service from start to finish.
