We hired Alghanim Travel to move our goods from Kuwait to Dubai,expecting a professional service To our surprise and a horrible inconvenience....our household items have still not been delivered although it’s been more than 15 days since we cleared all the documents. It seems they have a schedule for the vessel to sail which we were completely unaware of and now that the shipment has arrived in Dubai (as per their officials) on 5th September, we haven’t received it yet...I understand 6th&7th was weekend but what about rest 3 days. This a highly unprofessional behavior I would never recommend Alghanim Travel to anyone...please guys moving is jot easy and we expect you to make it easier not a nightmare for us !! I am forced to put this on social media as despite our continous follow ups ...nothing is working and now they have stopped answering our calls
