Bought several New and Secondhand Bikes from Alf's, and always been a pleasure! I also had a dedicated Track-Bike (2006 ZX10R) which Alf set up for me. That bike never put a foot wrong within 2 seasons of mid-Fast Group riding! Not your usual Main Dealer! Highly Recommended.
Useful staff, not too interested in making a deal however, at this time
Excellent and friendly, always take the bikes there
I recently entrusted my 24 year old Ducati 748sp to Alf’s Motorcycles for a complete recommissioning and full service. The bike was once considered a high-mileage bike as I had used it for commuting for its first 10 years, but then I laid it up for the next 14 years, never even starting it. Various tests were done on the engine to assess its condition and it then had a mild rebuild and complete service including many replacement period correct OE parts. All of the work carried out was to an exceptional standard with amazing attention to detail even to the smallest parts. Little bits were done, like vapour blasting parts and touching up paint chips that I hadn’t even asked for, and when I eventually popped in to see the bike I couldn’t have been happier. Not only was the biking looking better than ever, it ran perfectly, and the dyno readout provided showed it was only 2hp down on its original 1995 specification. I cannot speak highly enough about the service offered at Alf’s from collection throughout the service and delivery of my bike back home, and their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction cannot be faulted. I now know that I wouldn’t chance taking my bikes to anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
