I used Chapman and Chubb for a straightforward job, copying and certifying legal documents. They were helpful, professional and the charge was very reasonable, especially when compared to the quotes from other solicitors in the area. I would definitely consider them for other legal services.
Terrible solicitors. Me and my partner both were injured by a dog bite and wanted to get some compensation for our missed days at work. We were constantly phoning asking when someone would get back to us but we were just leaving messages that no one was responding to. We resorted in going to the actual shop but no one was there to help, again we left a message with the receptionist and never received a call. Anytime we did speak to someone it was about how the person who was handling our case had left the company and we’d have to explain the case all over again, this happened 3 times. We decided to just not go through with the claim in the end and we haven’t even told Chapman and Chubb that we don’t want to carry on since they never call us anyway. Accident happened in November, it’s now March.
