Bidwell Henderson is such a great place to work and I feel so lucky to be part of their team. Since I started in March 2018 I have loved every minute of it! Yes it’s fast paced, hard work and you need to switched on. But in return I get to work for a growing company who are at the top of their profession, forward thinking, dynamic and they do care about their clients as well as all the team members. They make sure that you can have a work/life balance, are flexible and supportive to everyone’s circumstances. I’m looking forward to working here for many years to come.

To get to carry out an apprenticeship course while working and discovering all the paths and opportunities I could take, helping out the company is a real honour. I can't think of anywhere better to work!
One of the best employers I have come across in terms of fairness and transparency and wanting to do the best by their employees. Alongside the fact that they are absolute professionals and experts in their area, they remain down to earth and friendly in their approach. All in all a pleasure to work with!
how awful! i apply for an apprenticeship role in the summer of 2018, i got through the first interview and the trial day and then i was told that me and another applicant were going to a two week trial.. however, my trial was cut short by a week, and the other applicant started after my week for his trial. I was told after 2 weeks that i didn't get it, however the other applicant still had another week left. So they cut my trial short and then told me i didn't get it before the other applicant finished his trial. I was told that i would get a phone call to tell me how i did on Friday and i waited and waited and nothing. I emailed and phoned and still nothing. I had to CHASE them to see if i got it or not and then when i was finally told, it wasn't even by them! It was by the agency and i wasn't given any reasons as to why i didn't get it and why i WASTED weeks of my life! and then i had to chase to get payed which at this point, they were still ignoring my emails and phone calls! and then, it gets better, they took NONE on at the end of the trial! So they wasted OUR TIME! honestly ridiculous! the employees were so nice and some of the best people I've ever met but at the end of the day, i still don't know why i didn't get it which is just honestly so stupid and inconsiderate!!!!
