I have purchased 3 wood burners now over 2 properties from Nick and the team. They are knowledgable about their products and helpful and efficient at every stage of the installation. I have been thrilled with all 3. Cant recommend enough.

Finding it a bit odd seeing all the negative reviews! Just spent a LOT of money on a Westfire wood-burner with lovely plinth, new waterfall tiles and hearth to compliment the whole shebang. Did everything when they said they would: actually earlier than booked to help us with a new carpet that is being laid. The owner suggested it would be much better to get all the mucky work out of the way prior to our new Ulster carpet getting laid; a very helpful and appreciated suggestion. Hearth went down first last week. Then as promised in they came, a pleasure to have in our home. Did the entire job perfectly. I'm afraid I cannot fault this business from when we first went in to view, to paying the balance this morning. I'll be honest I'm told I am harder than most to please as prior to retirement I was a professional tradesman so look for that degree of professionalism when I want a job done. Delighted to say I got it from Alford Tiles & Woodburning Stove Company. I am NOT related to anyone in the business, I am not a friend of anyone in the business. We moved here four months ago and wanted a Woodburner. Thank you to AT&WBSC. I just wish you'd shorten your name :)
