Bad very bad. Rude and slow. I have never had such bad service in a shop ever. I will never go back in there. Absolutely disgusting

So today I waited in a queue for a prescription that has been sat waiting for me since Thursday (I know this because I rang Thursday to ask if it was ready) there was one person working at the till who said he'd only been there for 2 weeks, a dispenser in the back and a pharmacist.. Surely while the dispensers are dispensing, the pharmacist should be outside helping reduce the queue whilst waiting to check the waiting scripts?? Anyway I got served gave my name and was handed the items and asked do I pay, no I have a ppc, that was it, he didn't confirm my address or ask to see proof of cert. Shoddy and unprofessional work but it's OK I checked the address and items before I left to make sure it was correct and if the right box isn't ticked and I get a fine I shall be collecting it from Lloyd's themselves. I've been working in pharmacy for 13 years and have never seen anything like it.
The staff are very unprofessional, rude will be making a complaint. Never going in there again!
Because the lady who was on duty was brilliant and so was the pharmacist really good
